Do you need help developing your game? JF Training & Performance offers small group training sessions. The small group consists of 4-8 players around the same skill level, which will allow the workouts to be productive and competitive. players in small group sessions will learn new skills going against a live defender. in these 1 hour and 30 min workouts, we will focus on developing players ability to shoot, handle the ball, finish, make correct reads (basketball IQ) and defend. This session caters to mobility, recovery, and injury prevention. All the things athletes need to focus on during in-season training.
